1. Start with 8 to 10oz of Cold Water, Skim or Whole Milk. ( Add ice if desired)
2. ½ Cup Fresh of Frozen Strawberries
3. ½ Cup Fresh or Frozen Pineapple chunks
4. 1 to 2 Cups No Fat Cottage Cheese
5. 8oz Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
6. Mix to Desired Smoothness (15-20 seconds)
7. With Mixer Still Running add 2-3 Scoops of Libera-Tone Vanilla Whey Protein
8. Continue Mixing for an Additional (15-20 seconds)
9. Enjoy your Shake!
