Skim or Whole Milk.
( Add ice if desired)

 

2. 1 Cup Bran Flakes or Cooked
Oatmeal (You Could Add Both)

 

3. ½ Cup Raisins

 

4. 1 Fresh or Frozen Whole Small to
Medium size Banana

 

5. Mix to Desired Smoothness
(15-20 seconds)

 

6. With Mixer Still Running add
1 tbsp of Reduced Fat Peanut
Butter (Optional)

7. Add 2-3 Scoops of Libera-Tone Vanilla
or Chocolate Whey Protein

 

8. Continue Mixing for an Additional

(15-20 seconds)

 

9. Enjoy your Shake!
