1. Start with 8 to 10oz of Cold Coffee or Espresso (If time is tight, 1 Spoonful Instant Coffee)
2. 4 Egg Whites (Egg Beater or any Pasteurized Egg Whites)
3. Mix to Desired Smoothness (15-20 seconds)
5. With Mixer Still Running add 1 tbsp of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
6. 2-3 Scoops of Libera-Tone Vanilla or Chocolate Whey Protein
8. Continue Mixing for an Additional (15-20 seconds)
9. Enjoy your Shake!
